![]() ![]() The only heat setting worth a damn to me is red. Here are my impressions after a few weeks of use (keep in mind this is my first concentrate device and I am accustomed to high performing herb vapes). Well I’m only half a decade late to the party but I bought a Hypnos Zero. Or will you be doing a similar glass Buddercups system for a Hypnos Zero ceramic plate atomizer? It has to make sense!? ![]() Well done on the cool new Blaze/Blaze Onyx devices and the great idea of Buddercups!ĭo you think you will be doing a Quartz flat bottomed atomizer for the Hypnos Zero now? I think I can see the (dark brown?) shape of a coil through the ceramic, is this atomizer finished now (I have a spare) or does it sound like I've done something wrong? I found it a challenge to be quick, stealthy, and keep an eye on the level inside at all times! I was never 100% sure how to load the ceramic plate correctly, and maybe I should ask with some diagrams,īut should the outer trough also be full, like the whole bottom of the dish? I may have overfilled and inhaled a blob of my material, or it ran dry, or I had it set up too high also but I thought it kinda got me choked for a few days after using this once. However, the downside is that it takes between two to three hours to recharge.Did anyone ever roast there lungs a bit with a pen, or have any reaction to ceramic? The vapor it produces is also thin & wispy, which is a good thing if you favor discretion, but it’s kind of disappointing if you want big, intense vapor.īattery Performance: The Blaze has a 950mAh battery, which equates to about 5-7 sessions. I like to use the battery on the low-medium setting since it has the best temperature for low-temperature dabbing, and I could feel the rush of THC and taste the terps during each rip. Both atomizers have low draw resistance, so taking big rips is no problem at all.Īs for the vapor quality, both the Quartz and Ceramic coil are optimized for flavor, with the slight edge going to the Quartz. On the other hand, if you want to slowly heat the wax to get most of the flavor in your dab, the Ceramic coil is recommended. The Quartz coil is the ideal choice for quick-start sessions since it heats up instantly rather than the Ceramic coil. The Blaze is 510 threaded, so the atomizers can be used with different, compatible batteries. Make sure that you never soak the atomizer in alcohol. Switch to the blue setting and use a q-tip or cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean out the atomizer. Turn it on and adjust it to the red setting to burn off any wax residue.
